No Questions Asked, Free, 365 Day Returns and Exchanges
We understand that it’s our customers that drive our business. We think that we are making great products and we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. But, if there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know and we will work to solve it immediately. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have one year to do so, no questions asked. We will pick up the tab for the return shipping.
Shirt and other accessories can be returned within one year, for a refund or store credit.
Blazers, sports coats, and socks can be returned within 30 days, unworn, for a refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Ledbury cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product to us should you wish to do so. Simply email us at customer-service@ledbury.com and we will be happy to advise. Tailoring fees are also non-refundable.
