HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

WHAT IS LEDBURY'S RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 365-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all shirt orders. For our blazers, sports coats, and socks, we accept returns, unworn, within 30 days. Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Ledbury cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY SIZE IS?
View sizing charts with details for all of our items on our Size Guide. Our shirts are sized based on the neck and come with a size-specific sleeve length that can be shortened if needed. Our blazers and sport coats are sized based on jacket size.
HOW MUCH DOES SLEEVE SHORTENING COST? CAN I RETURN SHIRTS WITH SHORTENED SLEEVES?
Sleeve shortening is provided at a $10 charge per shirt. Like all Ledbury shirts, you are welcome to return or exchange a shirt whose sleeves have been shortened for up to a year. While the cost of the shirt is fully refundable, the $10 tailoring charge is non-refundable.
DOES LEDBURY OFFER TAILORING FOR BLAZERS AND SPORT COATS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer tailoring on blazers and sport coats.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “CLASSIC CUT” AND “SLIM CUT”?
Our Slim Fit shirts are narrower at the chest (2.5”) and the waist (3”) than our Classic Cut shirts, but have the same sleeve and body length. For more details, please see our Size Guide.
HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE TO GET TO ME?
We use FedEx Ground service as our standard shipping method. Delivery times can vary, but generally the package will be delivered within 5 business days to addresses within the continental United States. If your shirt is being tailored, please allow an additional 2-3 days for the purchase to ship.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR SHIPPING?
All standard domestic shipping is free for delivery and returns via FedEx shipping. To receive your package more quickly, there is a $20 charge for FedEx Express (2-3 day) service and a $35 charge for FedEx Overnight delivery. International shipping is $35.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?
Please call us at 1-888-233-1942 or email customer-service@ledbury.com to request a change to a recently placed order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on when your order is set to ship. FedEx Overnight delivery orders cannot be changed after 12PM on the date they are to ship.
I CAN’T SEEM TO SELECT MY SIZE. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
When out of stock, the specific size button is shaded in grey. If you scroll over your desired sold-out size and click “in-stock alert,” you will be sent an email if and when the item comes back in stock. You may also email customer-service@ledbury.com with specific size requests.
THE ITEM I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE IS OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE. HOW SOON WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
It depends on the product. Many of our classic designs (e.g. The White Fine Twill) are always being produced and will be restocked. More seasonal designs are only available during certain times of the year. However, if you scroll over your desired sold-out size and click “in-stock alert,” you will be sent an email if and when the item comes back in stock.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I RECENTLY PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE?
We offer price adjustments within 14 days of the purchase date, with the exception of specific promotions. Contact us at customer-service@ledbury.com or call 1-888-233-1942 with inquiries.
WHERE DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our clothing is made in Europe. We use a number of different factories throughout the continent. All items are constructed using the finest European fabrics and precise stitching. Accessories from our Commonwealth Collection are made in Virginia in partnership with local artisans.
WHERE ELSE CAN I PURCHASE LEDBURY PRODUCTS?
Ledbury.com is the primary shopping destination for our products. Beyond our website, our Richmond showroom located at 117 S 14th St is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM. We also host pop-up shops occasionally throughout the year; sign up for our email newsletters to learn about our next pop-up location. At this time Ledbury does not sell shirts via wholesale.

DO YOU HAVE A LINE OF NON-IRON SHIRTS?
Most of the material used in most Ledbury shirts is naturally wrinkle-resistant and simple to iron. We do not offer non-iron fabric shirts; to learn more about why, please read our blog post on the subject.
WHAT IS “SHORT RUN SHIRTING”?
Short Run Shirting is our ongoing series of limited-edition shirts, released in small batches and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on customer feedback and demand, some of these shirts may come back in stock in larger quantities in the future.
